i personally dont think so. it doesnt look like him much. especially the nose – it’s a really big give-away.

btw, i’m not trying to make a big deal out of this. if it is him, i am a little disappointed cuz i did look up to him (not as a huge hero or “god”, but just as a person who would be a good role model. and i dont care if the drug is “harmless”, it’s just the prospect, the concept, of him doing drugs)

im a fan of michael phelps but i do think it is him based on the picture. plus he has a background of alcohol use and a DUI so he is obviously reckless
