Hey i live in an area where people have found some placer gold i went the other day for the first time and found some grain size but i dont know much about it. Can anyone tell me where i need to look in creeks and whatever rocks or things i can find in the creek worth money. Im in middle/east tennessee please help me thanks…
You need to look for information on gold panning. (equipment, procedure, FILING CLAIMS, etc.)

There are other materials that LOOK like gold in the “raw” state. Most common being iron pyrite.
