I lost my cross from my necklace (from my baptism) a few years ago. I think I lost it while I was playing outside. I tried finding it with a metal detector but it detected other stuff, and not my cross. Please help me.

my sincerest sorrow for your loss, unfortunetly The only thing I can suggest is to get a new one, I know it doesnt replace the old But I cant see how you could get it back

It’s gone and most likely someone picked it up an kept it. You could post a sign near the area it was lost and offer a reward if it was of great value to you. Otherwise, I suggest you get a new one and move on.
We as people should own things. Don’t let things own you.
