What commercial is this where this guy in a jacketless suit dances beside the metal detector with his belt?

I think it had to do with a drink or mouth commercial. Not sure.
If I am correct, it had a song behind saying something like “rock your body” and some whipping noises. (haha) The guy also started stripping off his belt as a dance prop.

I have been told that if a stroller doesn’t fold up to fit on the metal-detector belt and through past the monitor, it is not allowed. Is this true?
