They want me to study nursing…?
Today my parents brought out the ‘nursing’ issue again. They wanted me to study nursing abroad because they said it could make me rich! But I just graduated from fine arts and they both know i don’t like nursing. My dad brought it up but I refused, I refused then my mom told my father, “she doesn’t know her future yet”, and “if only she grew up poor she’ll realize it”. It was so frustrating because she said those words to my dad as if I was not there. And I’m deeply hurt because it seems like they don’t trust me. I know what I want and I know what I can do. They think that to become a nurse is an exodus to the land of gold! I disagree with that. It has been my biggest dream to take masters on make-up abroad and I was just studying about my prospect school on the net when they brought it up. It’s really frustrating. This is what I love. It runs through my veins…I know they’re concerned about my future…. am I being selfish? I kind of bursted out…..

What are some of the most craziest things that people collect?
My dad collects video games for example. He has an NTSC version of Stadium Events that has a book value of $3000. He also has Hot Wheels Treasure Hunts and old die cast cars sealed in the packages that are worth a lot of $$$.

Please please help! UH-60 Blackhawk?
My dad is a Blackhawk crewchief for the US army. When were stationed in Germany (1996-1999) the soldiers in his unit received a keychain, kind of a bronzey color with black overtones (sort of) with an actual Hawk talons extended on it. My dad really treasured this keychain but he lost it when he lost his keys in VA beach a few years back. He is now getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan and I am trying to replace this keychain as a birthday gift before he goes. I haven’t had much luck locating it as it was not massed produced but anyone who can find anything related to it would have my eternal gratification and the deep respect of a US soldier. Please, anything would help. Thank you!!
