we have gone in all of the santa monica mountains in southern california… NOTE: geocaching is like a “treasure hunt”. you use your GPS unit to find a place on a trail where someone leaves a logbook and hopes other people find it to write their name. here is the website www.geocaching.com

Here are the finds of our ProspectorPete.com treasure hunting travels of 2007. We were all over the place geoaching, gold panning, gold prospecting, metal detecting, gem hunting and relic hunting.
