Best place to go treasure hunting with a metal detector?

Also, what is a good metal detector for a beginner? I’ve been internet surfing and my mind is so clouded and need advice from a experienced treasure hunter/thanks….

Conformation critique for a hunter/jumper prospect?

While on my daily excursion through the Craigslist Farm & Garden section, I came across this ad:

http://kansascity.craigslist.org/grd/1658453427.html

While I have absolutely no money, I am a major sucker for gold and chrome (especially blazes!), so I still love the gelding, if only superficially and in an only-wish-I-could-purchase-and-stare-at-all-day manner. Plus, he doesn’t sound broke, so even if I were in the market he’d be off-limits for me, but still I can’t help but stare at that golden coat and sigh.

What do you feel is good and bad about his conformation? Without being able to see him move, how much do you really feel he would actually be a “Hunter/Jumper prospect” or “top hunter prospect,” as the ad states?

Feel free to be totally critical. ;) I just like him based on color since I’m not even seriously looking, and conformation critiques only help me train my eye for when I am.
Again, I’m not buying, so it doesn’t matter that it is a Craiglist ad. I don’t need advice in that regard.
I purely want a conformation critique and speculation on the horse’s ability as a hunter/jumpers.
