hello, can anyone give me info on how the treasure hunt site works. I suppose I offer things for people to do stuff like unscranble a word or something and I offer say like 2 bucks. I mean, am I right or is it just a waste of time. why would people offer money or gifts to do things they probably will not care about. like unscrambeling words. HUMMMMMM thanks
asking someone to a dance?
i’ve already asked this question, but i guess i didn’t give enough info. if you’d please help again i’d greatly appreciate it!
i’m a senior from Texas and i’m asking this guy (who’s at college in Cali) to “Snowball” – a sadies for seniors. i’m not asking him to dance but TO GO TO the dance.
i don’t want to do anything with cakes b/c i’ve already used that idea with him. i was thinking i could sprinkle fake snow over his window (i have someone to get up there, and i already know when he’d be home) and pretend like it’s snowing, holding a sign “how about snowball”.
or i could have his friend at college help me with a treasure hunt. i couldn’t be there b/c i’d be in texas and he in cali
or i could send something to his professor at college.
i want something “corny” – we’ve been “talking” for 3 or 4 years now, so it’s ok. corny is how we do it. 
any other ideas?

Teach English Taiwan – up-to-date info, please?
Hi,
I am looking into teaching English as a foreign language in Taiwan. I have done quite a lot of research but have a few questions to which I am unable to find up-to-date answers.
I am an English native speaker. I have a good BA degree but no tefl qualification. I am hoping to head to Taiwan in May/June this year. (I know this may not be the best time to go from a ‘finding work’ perspective but I hope to find something anyway. Please let me know if you think this unwise).
Here are my questions:-
Firstly, is the job market really tightening up? I can imagine this is true but would appreciate some recent info. If this is the case, would you advise securing a job before leaving or is it still possible to find one on arrival, assuming I bring enough money to live off for the first couple of months? I am not expecting streets paved with gold or anything, just would like to know if there are still jobs about.
Money and Visas. I Don’t have that much money just now and have read on some pages that you need at least $3000 in your bank account in order to get a visa. I will probably have enough money for a hostel and food for a month or so, but this will be overdraft and, therefore, nowhere near £2000. Again, perhaps securing a job prior to arrival would help with getting a visa…? Would you advise an agency?
As for location, I like the sound of Kaohsiung as opposed to Taipei. Which would you advise? Would it be more sensible to get a job in Taipei in order to get a feel for things?
I think that’s everything. I’m excited at the prospect of a new challenge in an interesting country, any info anyone can offer me, though, would be most appreciated.

I live in Phoenix Az, and have always been intrested in gold stories of lost and found treasures. I have alwyas been curious about the element and would like to go out and find some if possible. Not looking to get rich just looking to have a hobby on something I would very much enjoy. I would like info. on how to get started. I would like to know if anyone knows of a person here in Az that would let me go with on the weekend just to see what the use and how they use it, that way I know whta kind of equipment is needed..Oh, and where to find the stuff…lol Just want to be able to go one on one with someone that has a love for the sport and is willing to show a newie..I wont be in the way just walk along and ask questions…Hope someone is a ble to help ..
