Would certain breeds of dogs, like O.J.’s akita, make good eye witnesses or evidence in murder trials?

It has been about 17 years since the O.J. Simpson trial and yet I still am aphauled that the one eye witness was never brought into concideration who could have found O.J. guilty of murdering his exwife. As an akita owner and breeder myself, raising those from the agressive alpha to the loving mother, one thing that is true in the breed reguardless of owner is that they would never allow a stranger onto its territory none the less allow that stranger to slay one of its family members. The sheer history of the Japanese husky would dictate that. The akita breed is known for its territorialness and deep dominant bark. It has one of the strongest bites and has a physique designed souly for hunting large game such as bear and dear. Before smuggling it from its homeland of Japan this natural treasure was treated no less than as family.
This breed would never allow harm to happen to its family unless it was the alpha(O.J.)who was doing harm, thus explains the “wimpering” of their akita.Yes?

Name of a japanese character?

i recently read a book about a young man from japan during the feudal period of (the 1800s). He started out as a fisherman at the age of nine. Then, he and his co-fishermen were shipwrecked. mon-jirro? maybe. Anyway, they were saved by american whalers, but knew that they wouldn’t be allowed back into Japan. They were taken to hawaii, and the boy was adopted by the captain, and sent to school in america. He went prospecting for gold, and found enough to get passage back to japan. When he got there(or to an island near there) he was arrested for trespassing, but a lord(you know, king-thing?) set him free, and allowed him to see his family again? Eventually, commodore something landed on japanese soil, and negotiated the treaty of Kanagawa. Does anyone(maybe someone who’s japanese and is familiar with the story) know the young man’s name? Oh, also, he was turned from a fisherman into a samurai(something unknown at the time)

The alleged Yamashita gold treasure, is this just a myth or a hidden truth?

Tomoyuki Yamashita, the so called ‘tiger of Malaya’ during WW2, according to history books is the one who transported lots of valuable goods and items from the Southeast Asian countries to the Philippines and some in Japan before the end of WW2. According to the book written by Sterling Seagrave and Peggy Seagrave, that thousand of gold has been transferred from Singapore defense base of the Japanese Army to the Philippines and some back to Japan.

But according to some analyse, “By 1943 the Japanese were no longer in control of the seas… It doesn’t make sense to bring in something that valuable here(Philippines) when you know it’s going to be lost to the Americans anyway. The more rational thing would have been to send it to Taiwan or China.”

To me some of it is a myth, but only half truth. Some of them could be valuable but not necessarily gold for that matter. How can one ship or a battle ship would bring lots of gold during a war to another place only be sunk by Americans.
What I am asking from you people is your own opinion not giving me website to look for because I do not need to look for it because I already did, what I need is your own opinion and analysis on these matter, think for yourself not giving me website to look for because I already did. What I am looking for are people’s mind to interpret what I wrote.
