We’re beginning to get a nice little collection of oil rich colonies over there in Asia, aren’t we? Since there has been a lot of American lives lost and money spent, don’t you think that we deserve to be able to exploit the natural resources of our enemies as payback for those that have died and the treasure that has been used. Every service member serving in the combat zones of this war should recieve $100,000, every disabled vet should recieve $1,000,000 and the families of every KIA should recieve $10,000,000. Wouldn’t that be fair? If there’s any money left it should go towards paying off the Federal Deficit and the National Debt. Do you agree.
I don’t mean exploit todays taxpayers at the expense of the following generations. I mean take all of the natural resources and national treasure from the occupied and soon-to-be occupied countries and leave them completey destitute and unable to care for themselves let alone ever try to bully their neighbors or the world again!

wordweevil, that’s true. My question is fantasy that will never occur, your question is however true. That is why I have been a lifelong member of the NRA , belong to my local militia and have a rather large gun collection complete with tens of thousnads of rounds of ammunition.

Sam S, I’m a Libertarian and it may seem stupid to you to makes the loser’s pay for war reparations but, that’s what I would expect from someone that obviously doesnt have a degree in economics. The national debt of the USA will at this time will take 50 trillion dollars to pay back if we stared right now. You come up with a better plan to pay for this war and take care of the vets that give you the freedom to play dumb on here.
cuttlekid’s got to go crunching numbers and getting serious about an obvious fanciful question. Well if this government was really of and for the people we would elect folks that would give the big oil company’s one chance to quit gouging the American public by forcing the price of oil and all the petroleaum products derived from it to all time highs by not tapping known reserves and not investing in refinery infrastructure. They are intentionally keeping the the supply tight so everytime there is a little problem they can put it to us. Our government should nationalize the oil in Iran to help meet our domestic needs and let the big oil companies wither on the vine if they don’t want to get with our program. If they want to take the mess to the next level our govenment could call a state of national emergency and nationlize all of the petroleum companies assetts and holdings. It may not seem like the American way but, something has got to be done.
Oh and I do get it. The fix is in and the American people are forever going to take it in the @ss because we have no way of changing things short of an armed insurrection.
