Just like the 9/11 attack, they started putting up security, metal detectors, searching bags, and etc. So, since there was a sever massacre (Omaha Mall Shopping Center, Nebraska) where 8 people were killed, and the other five were wounded, will there be metal detectors and searching security guards and stuff, at mall entrances now?

okay, im doing a project on school shootings, and if you guys can help and let me know what people have done since then to improve our schools id appreciate it. I know, they’ve put cameras and metal detectors in some schools, but what about schools who have no metal detectors, are they safe?

i know that there have been tragic incidents that has happened in some schools like the virginia massacre (korean boy goes besserk) and the one in montreal, quebec where a guy goes in the university with a loaded submachine gun and starts killing people, then the college where i go to where we got a bomb threat (which was pretty scary) . so some people say that we need cops or security guards in the campus to ensure the safety of the staff and the students, but after what happened at florida, where you know a guy getting tasered just cause he was asking a question, what do you think we should do as students on this problem? do we just ask the government or someone like that to have those things in the airport where you pass by this big metal detector or something like that. and if the school where you are studying will have cops or security guards, should they just be armed with a batton or have guns with them? or should the intructors/professors make our test a lil bit easy? LOL

For example if all schools had metal detectors and or scanning machines where you can see what other people are bringing to the campus, students would not dare to come to a school or university and create such a massacre.They should have security all around the schools and police departments on alerts for suspicious behaviors of students. And I think like this it would defitnetly decrease the deaths of students on campus.
