If I play a lottery game with odds of 1:142,500 for each play, and purchase 5 plays, what are my odds then?

Is it like 1:65,000 or something or does it not go down by that much? I am good at math, but i keep getting confusing answers from people. I know they are stupid odds though, but am just curious. I play this game once in a while called Treasure Hunt from PA lottery. Thanks!

childrens story project (has to do with mathh)?

i have to do this math project thing. what i have to do is write a childrens story using at least 15 of these words:equation, expression, parenthesis, solution, terms, variable, coordinate system, congruent, angle, vertex, acute, right, obtuse, point, line, plane, line segment, and ray. and it cant be over 7pgs long(but doesnt matter how many sentences on a page). this is what i have so far.:
Once there were two kids, Aaralyn and Cale, who wanted to go on a treasure hunt. So they asked their mommy to make a map. After the map was done, the first thing they noticed was all the lines and angles. They also noticed the words “Have fun.” At the top of the page, in parenthesis, that their mom wrote. The finish point was marked with an X. Aaralyn and Cale started on the map as soon as possible. They had to use the coordinate system to help them find the treasure, so the first coordinate was 6, 9.

yeah, and thats pretty much all i have so far. can you help me with the rest??
and thanks in advance!
the words already used: parenthesis, coordinate system, angle, point, & line

Math Question Help please?

An ancient map indicates that treasure is buried 300 feet below the bottom of a mountain 1500 feet high, the peak of which is 2750 feet above the bottom of a cliff located close to the mountain. It the map is accurate, how many feet above the bottom of the cliff is the treasure located.

Can you help me with a math problem involving a map?

Betty and John had found all the things on the list for a treasure hunt and had only a few minutes to get to the finishing point, but they were lost. John said, “When we were at the bridge, we were 3 blocks west of the finishing point. Can you remember where we went after that?” Betty recalled they had gone south 4 blocks, then they went to their left 5 blocks, left again for 3 blocks then north for 1 block. What is the quickest route from where they are to the finishing point. How far from the bridge are they and which direction.
