For example, if you’re drawing a TREASURE MAP or BLUEPRINTS, to make them look like they’ve been rolled up. Thanks!!

Ghost Cats
A Novel By: Susan Shreve
Ghost Cats is about a young boy named Peter Hall who loves to move. His family has lived all over the world, in places like Tokyo, Rome, Ghana, and Washington, D.C. He has seen things other kids only dream of seeing and his family has been with him every step of the way.
Now everything is changing. The Halls have moved to Boston for good. Suddenly Peter’s life is out of his control. His brother, Tobias and his sisters, Emily and Susana are leaving him behind. His cats are disappearing. And his mom and dad have important work to do. Or so they say. Change is now Peter’s enemy.
I would have to say that my most favorite part/scene from the novel, “Ghost Cats” would have to be when Peter’s dad, Jonathan Hall who is a pediatric neurologist announces that the family will be moving to Tokyo, Japan. Peter is especially excited to move to Japan because of the Harajuku Street.
The reason why I like this part of the book so much is because I have always wanted to visit Tokyo, Japan. I would like to experience the culture there. Tokyo to me looks like a fun place to go, the scenery and buildings and etc. look cool, and also because of the Harajuku Street.
When Peter and his family arrive in Tokyo, Japan the first thing they do there is go sightseeing. Peter is having a blast but he also is worried about starting school in a foreign country. Meanwhile, Peter’s sister, Emily is upset because while getting off the plane in Tokyo she loses her most treasured item, the bear her grandmother gave to her as a birthday gift before she passed away.
Oh yeah! Im in the 8th grade.
