So called “dive boats” that charter to “look” for treasure are usually affiliated with local dive shops. The charge by te diver, so ask them. If you are “certified” they will rent you the equipment and provide a “Dive master”. Of course, few ever find treasure, in fact treasure hunting is highly regulated these days. So, if you find something the “State” or Government(s) step in, to protect the find. Good luck!
